Origami is not a paper art..

I am not referring to this art of paper folding thingy.

But I am looking at this damn bloody cool stroller!!

Have a look at this video and then try and tell me otherwise!

It is the world's very first power-folding stroller, complete with LCD, daytime running lights, and onboard generator.
Press a button to watch it open and close by itself.
And wait till you see that it has an iPhone charger on the handle too!!
Superrrrr convenient for mommy (and daddy too of course!)
And where can you find strollers with such headlights??
Well, not that we will be strolling in the dark, but fabulous to know that it's auto censor enables when in low light ambiance.

Nadz, you are solely to be blamed for this.
If you haven't told me, it would have never triggered back my obsession towards strollers!
Now, I can't get it out of my head!
Arrrkkkkk!!!!

Anyone going to United Stated that can bring back this baby for moi?

Love of my life..

.. turned SEVEN last 30th November..
Sorry about that.
Mommy always in denial when it comes to Amin's birthday.
I hate the fact that he's growing up fast.
To me, he is still my precious baby.
(and also the fact that I am super busy nowadays that caused the lack of blog updates and picture editing too.. opss..)

The Date : 26th November 2011 (it was the weekend)
The Event : Amin's 7th Year Old Birthday Celebration
The Location : Marina Bay, Port Dickson

This is Amin's favourite relaxation place.
He just loves playing with water.
And being here, lets him play in the pool the whole day, with no restrictions or whatsoever.

We invited all of our tight relatives to double the fun.
And get the choo-choo-train going in the pool.
The tiniest clan was baby Fatini, of course.

Apart from the cake, we had numerous dishes such as the satay, fried mee, sticky rice, cupcakes and fruits.

And thanks to the small funfair located in PD, it's enough to keep us all up till midnight.
Also causing some of my cousins to throw up after going on the 'extreme' rides.
Bwahahaha!

But of course, kiddies rides are available too.
Safe and fun!

Thanks to all my relatives for willing to drive all the way to PD and spend the night cramping with us, for Amin's sake.
That's what families are for!

Feel like exploding.

27 April !!
Oh nooooo!!
I'll be on maternity-quarantined-leave then.
Arrrggghhhhh!!!

The one that got away

Initially, I have no idea on this guy named Chester See.
But after running into him on Zara's blog, I just had to googled up and watched all his youtube clips.
His voice is purely addictive.
I'm in love.

(THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY by CHESTER SEE ft TIFFANY ALVORD : original by Katy Perry)

Summer after high school when we first met
We make out in your Mustang to Radiohead
And on my 18th Birthday
We got matching tattoos

Grab a bunch of blankets
And climb to the roof
Talk about our future
Like we had a clue
Never planned that one day
I'd be losing you

In another life
I would be your girl
We'd keep all our promises
Be us against the world

In another life
I would make you stay
So I don't have to say
You were the one that got away
The one that got away

I was June and you were my Johnny Cash
Never one without the other we made a pact
Sometimes when I miss you
I put those records on

Someone said you had your tattoo removed
Saw you downtown singing the Blues
It's time to face the music
I'm no longer your muse

But in another life
You would be my girl
We'd keep all our promises
Be us against the world

In another life
I would make you stay
So I don't have to say
You were the one that got away
The one that got away
The one that got away

[Bridge:sing together]
All this money can't buy me a time machine (Nooooo)
It can't replace you with a million rings (Nooooo)
I should've told you what you meant to me (Whoa)
'Cause now I pay the price

In another life
I would be your girl / You would be my girl
We'd keep all our promises
Be us against the world

In another life
I would make you stay
So I don't have to say
You were the one that got away
The one that got away
The one that got away

COACH 70th Anniversary Catalogue with FREE bag!

Hiyeee gorgeous readers!!
Long time no propper blogging aye..
Well, I have been bz, and not to mention, feeling crappy.. sorry for that..
But nevertheless, today is THE day.
I just have to make this post, especially for Coach-buddies of mine.

I'm not sure if I'm the last one to discover this, but as I was visiting KLCC Kinokuniya bookstore a few hours ago, I bumped into these stacks of display, located at the Chinese/ Japanese section.
I wondered what on earth they are.
As there were no opened magazines / packages for me to inspect.
All are tightly sealed.

Once a COACH fan, will always be a COACH fan.
Hence, that leaves me no choice.. but to buy one for myself.
RM88.20, with a 20% discount.

From the sideways look, you can see the magazine is kinda thin, but there's a thick box attached to it.

And how did I know there's something inside?
Well, this sticker on the front cover, of course.

I don't read nor buy Chinese/ Japanese books, but there's always something special like this at this part of Kino sections.
Once gotten a free Lesportsac purse before too, back in 2009.
Moving on..
Stripping the plastic seals carefully, and onto the magazine cover.

As expected, beautiful original COACH legacy prints.

Next page, no surprise, everything in Chinese language, with a few alphabet characters thrown in between here and there, for idiots like me to still be able to enjoy it.. bwahahhaa

Which then I realised it is actually  the 70th Anniversary catalogue.

Enough about the catalogue, moving on to the main dish shall we..

Here's the box that is glued to the back of the catalogue.

Such a busy print.

Material = plastic

Immediate guess = a huge toiletries bag!

Hmm.. let me rephrase that..
It's actually a removable toiletries bag, to be exact.

There's the magnetic snaps allowing it to be separated from the busy-print-cover.

And the cover has some extra compartments too, if you must know.

You'll have the option of going with the naked transparent toiletries bag..
like this..

Or, you can snap its coat back on..

And take it out as an eye-popping-groovy-smokin-hot looking clutch!
Wallaaahhh!

Now.. back to the catalogue.. aaahhh..
Here's the one and only page about the free gift thingy..

Which I still have no idea what it is called, because I don't know how to read Chinese.. bwahahha..
So, let me know, if you knew.

There's a portion in the catalogue mentioning about Taipei..
And as I googled the net, I sensed that this could be a special edition released to mark the launching of COACH 70th Anniversary Collection at Taipei store, somewhere in October 2011.
I believe this has only recently arrived at Kinokuniya.
Hence, if you're interested, better hurry and get it while stocks last.

Have a great weekend ya'ols!

Feeling Like Crap, None of Your Business

Pretty much describing me at the moment.
And if I'm in Hollywood, that might requires me to seek treatment for exhaustion.

Just feel like sharing this article I read on E! Online.

*************
Can Demi Moore Really Be Suffering From Exhaustion?

Why do celebrities such as Demi Moore say they are being admitted for "exhaustion" when there is no insurance company in the world that will pay for someone to "rest up" and no one really believes the diagnosis of "exhaustion" anyway? Why say anything at all?
- Mallie K., via Facebook

I've interviewed a range of doctors, from straight-up M.D.s to addiction specialists, and they all agree with you: If you think insurance is going to reimburse you for weariness, good luck with that. Celebrities aren't fooling anybody with that old saw, either. But there's a good reason why they use the same unbelievable language time and again ...

Moore is the latest in a long line of celebrities to announce treatment for exhaustion. Tracy Morgan's rep claims that the comedian's recent out-passing at Sundance was partially exhaustion-related. Lady Gaga has claimed a bad romance with the same problem. Mariah Carey, Dave Chapelle—the list goes on and on.

It would all make a lot of sense, except, medically, it doesn't.

"Exhaustion is a symptom," confirms Andrew Spanswick, founder of the KLEAN Treatment Center in West Hollywood.

In saying this, Spanswick echoes the conclusions of many kinds of health experts I have spoken with, including Steven Krems, a doctor at the Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center, who told me several years ago that "It's not a medical diagnosis. It's a symptom … Exhaustion is how they are feeling, [not] whatever it causing it, whether that is drugs, anemia, pneumonia, whatever."

In other words, saying that you're seeking treatment for exhaustion is like saying you're seeing a doctor for sneezing. You're sick with something else. The sneezing is the sign.

So why do stars keep using the term? Because, in Hollywood, at least, it's a kind of code. It's shorthand for "Feeling Like Crap, None of Your Business."

"The celebrities are balancing between an obligation to disclose things to the public versus protecting their rights to privacy," Spanswick says. "Smart publicists will use words like ‘exhaustion' to minimize potential damage or gossip within the media but also protect a star's privacy rights."

That is, assuming that anyone even believes that word anymore. And assuming that the star even knows what she's suffering from in the first place.

"They may not know what the problem is yet," Spanswick very reasonably points out. "Or they may be in denial of what their problem might be."

Perfection is the name

The most perfect movie ever made.
The plot is fabulous.
The script is beyond fantastic.
The cinematography is purely genius.
There is absolutely nothing that I would request for more in this film.
Everything is just perfect as it is.
Guy Ritchie being the mastermind has once again successfully combined Robert Downer Jr. and Jude Law, to star the ultimate partnership bond between Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson.
This is by far a film that you must watch again and again.

There's no Day 2

Amin fell sick since last night.
He kept twisting and turning and mumbling in his sleep.
Had a 38.0 degrees temperature.
And we had to sponge him at 3am in the morning.
Which after that only he managed to fall into deep sleep.

He woke up at 8.30am.
Fed him cereal for breakfast.
Skipped the morning Muqaddam session.
And let him dozed back to sleep from 9am till 10.30am.
I offered to take him to McD for big breakfast as he woke up, but surprisingly he then asked if I can just call for delivery because he felt tired.
Now, this is definitely a sign of him being sick.
Or else, he would have jumped to the offer, pronto!

Took him to the clinic after he ate the whole Sausage McMuffin.
Doc said there were several similar cases today.
Suspected the heat was too much for these kids to handle.
Was given a medical leave for the day.

Bought some soup for lunch.
And have him sleeping again from 3pm to 6pm.

Definitely hoping for a speedy recovery.
